SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

 Curations by Beena ships to customers within India, to all the pin codes. Currently our service is available only to domestic customers. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. 

PAYMENTS

Payment can be done by customers using UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking at the time of check out.

 

ORDER DISPATCH

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from the date of realization of payment.
  • You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped.
  • In case of any unexpected delays in processing your order, we will keep you informed.
  • All orders will be processed via our official website, Instagram and Whatsapp only.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES 

  • Shipping charges – Rs 90 for courier for North India and Rs 125 for Rest of India.
  • Cash-handling charge of Rs 150 is applicable for all COD orders within India.

 

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please calculate the delivery period from the next date of dispatch
  • In case of any expected delays by the courier company, Curations by Beena will not be responsible for the same. However we assure you that we shall follow up with the company to make sure your package reaches you.
  • Customers are requested to fill the complete delivery address along with pin code with the State properly selected.
  • Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 working days for metro cities and 5-7 working days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 
  • Customers are requested to track their shipment until it reaches them.
  • Customers must ensure that there is someone to receive the package at the time of delivery by the courier company.
  • In case any delivery address is given as an office or hotel etc (non-residential), customer will be responsible to coordinate with the respective package collection office (at the office or hotel) to receive the package.
  • Customers are expected to be aware of the courier collection point of the courier collection points of their respective area of residence e.g. hostel, gated community, office, college, hospital hotels etc

  • Customers can request for delivery at a delayed date, by mentioning the date when the package should be dispatched. The details can be given on the notes column while placing the order.

 

Please note:

A 10 Digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead to non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to our office. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package. 

Missed Delivery: 

Our logistics partner will attempt twice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional Rs200.

All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges
