Exchange policy

 Products purchased can be exchanged on the same day you receive the product. It should be in the same good condition you received and in the original package. The new product value should be equal or more to be exchanged.

 

• We do not have pick up facility. The package has to be couriered to us from your end and the charges will be borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details with us once the products are shipped.

 

• Upon receipt of the package and inspection of the products, you will be eligible to place the order for the new product.

 

 RETURNS AND REFUND:

 

• In case a product received by you is damaged, please intimate us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Send us video of package being opened via email at support@curationsbybeena.com or on WhatsApp number 9717735080. We will then approve your return request.

 

• Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

 

• Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. Refund of the payment will be done within 7 working days.

 

• In case you have inadvertently placed order of a product twice, please do intimate us and the payment of one order will be refunded.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please refrain from impulsive purchases in order to avoid any cancellations thereafter.

 

Cancellation of your order:

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from the date of realization of payment. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation before they are shipped from our warehouse.
• For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)
